2024 was a year of acquisition, transformation, growth, significant changes in operations to include the reconfiguration of our factories production layouts, and further globalization of our business. The mission at hand was to understand how to adjust between the demand of the global market and our changing offering - blending of the traditional products, new customer products, partner products and digital products. 

We had to constantly challenge ourselves on how to predict and perform in today’s speed of business on a global level, including how to establish and leverage partnerships to improve our performance and speed to market. The challenge: inability to reach our sales targets due to limited operational throughput in 4 out of the first 6 months. The outcome: through initiating changes in the middle of the year, we have managed to achieve multiple record-breaking revenue months and the largest 4th quarter in CEDES history. We would like to sincerely thank our employees, customers and partners for making this possible! 

As we look ahead into 2025, we have a lot of growth momentum with record order intake to carry us forward. Our transformation continues with the implementation of our new Microsoft Dynamics 365 end-to-end digital platform, set for global deployment next year. We are excited about upcoming R&D and customer projects, particularly those focusing on our safety-certified, software-based safety system in elevator control technologies. Additionally, with the recent FIELDBOSS partnership announcement, we will further expand our digital product platform CEDES Elevate. 

2025 brings us many new exciting challenges and opportunities, for us to live our brand in predicting, protecting and performing as one global CEDES.
