The world is changing rapidly, and so is the way we do business. To thrive in today's dynamic global environment and further enhance customer and partner experience, CEDES is modernizing its systems and processes. This includes a strategic investment in a new end-to-end digital platform based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 that will connect all our core business functions. This means that everything from managing our finances and customer relationships, overseeing production and tracking our products in the warehouse, to planning and executing our supply chain strategy will be streamlined and unified within a single platform. To ensure a smooth and successful transition, we are collaborating with a leading implementation partner with a global footprint and extensive experience in similar projects. The launch of this new end-to-end digital platform is planned for later this year, marking a significant milestone in our digital transformation journey.  

It is important to remember that a transformation of this magnitude is not just about technology; it is about people. In this kind of projects, many companies focus mainly on the technical aspects of a digital platform, but the human element is crucial. Introducing a new system brings significant changes to processes, tools, and ways of working. This is why we are running a comprehensive change management initiative in parallel with our technical implementation. We will provide thorough training, dedicated support, and open communication channels to ensure our employees feel confident and equipped to embrace the change. I strongly believe that investing in our people is essential to achieving our digital transformation goals. 

One of our first major achievements in this digital transformation journey was the recent launch of a new IoT billing solution. This solution, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, enables us to scale our IoT business effectively and efficiently. The project was implemented in record time and is a testament to our team's dedication and ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. The implementation provided invaluable lessons learned, further reinforcing that bringing our people along is crucial. These insights are being directly applied to the overall digital platform project implementation.

Now, with a highly motivated team, we are taking the next important step and going full speed ahead to launch the new digital platform later this year.
