Apprenticeship

Your APPRENTICESHIP WITH CEDES

We are looking for young people who know what they want. Our apprenticeship programs offer the region's future talent a great stepping stone into life as a professional.

Developing vocational skills and putting school knowledge into practice in order to successfully complete the apprenticeship are equally important as the apprentice's personal development. With a lot of engagement and a well-established training concept, CEDES accompanies young adults on their path, from entering the professional world to the successful completion of final apprenticeship exams.

As an automation technician, you have a lot of different tasks – programming is definitely my favorite one. I took part in the WorldSkills 2024 as a programmer and had the opportunity to compete with other people from all over the world, which was a fantastic experience. I am very grateful that CEDES made it possible for me and supported me all the way to Lyon.

Enrico Putzi, Automation Technician

During my apprenticeship as a logistician, I learned a lot about different areas of logistics and understood how important accuracy, efficiency and teamwork are to ensure that goods arrive on time and undamaged. I was able to deepen my knowledge of logistics processes and warehouse management and learned how important good organization and planning are to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Anjanan Pathmanathan, Logistics Apprentice

Vocational training is the first professional experience and of great importance for young apprentices - that's why it's important to me as a vocational trainer and training manager in the commercial area that they experience a memorable and instructive time at CEDES. I am very motivated to encourage, accompany and support our apprentices. We are a team - cohesion is our strength.

Jonathan Muzzarelli, HR Specialist

Electronics has many exciting areas; and that is exactly what CEDES is offering. Good vocational training is preprogrammed here. A wise man once said: “Learning under tension - electronics engineers shape the technology of tomorrow!”
