Join our Product Management team

Your area of responsibility

• Management of the assigned product groups during their entire life cycle
• Guaranteeing development of commercially and technically successful products with thorough market analysis and clear requirements
• Determining and solving issues together with customers (on site)
• Definition and documentation of business cases, preparation for decision-making (Gateways 1 and 2)
• Project management from development to launch, as well as phase-out and coordination between internal departments
• Monitoring material costs, cost reduction measures, as well as certification requirements and technical standards
• Creating and updating product documentation in cooperation with Marketing
• Organization of product training

Our requirements

• Degree in electronics, systems engineering or physics
• Further education in business management or equivalent experience
• Market focus
• Autonomous, success-oriented way of working
• Willingness to travel (5-10% or by agreement)
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken), further languages are a plus
• Perseverance, ability to work under pressure, team spirit, doer mentality
